Kids Enlightenment Class
Kids learn music theory in Chinese and English through instruments, reading stories and by performing fairy tales in costume. This class helps build teamwork, leadership & communication skills, and improve English and Chinese levels, while enhancing the kids’ rhythm sensation and performance ability.
Ages 4-6 / School pick-up can be provided. Costumes provided. Instructors have musical backgrounds and are ﬂuent in both Chinese and English. Class is taught by 1 Teacher & 2 Assistants.

Western Music Appreciation
Students learn music history in an elegant environment. Cupcakes, coffee, afternoon tea, wine & champagne are provided.
A professional musician with a strong background in western music teaches the history, styles and major events of western music. Dress code required.
Chinese Music Appreciation
Similar to our western music appreciation class but focused on the history, styles & techniques of Chinese music.
We provide Chinese style dim-sum and tea. Class is taught by a professional musician with a strong background in Chinese music, and is focused on the traditions and history of Chinese music. Dress code required.
Our Yoga class features a variety of different poses to learn, and is a unique way to exercise. Yoga has been proven to have a vast number of benefits including increased flexibility, heart and lung health, muscle tone, and strength. If you’re looking to stay in shape, increase your health, and have a great time, then our Yoga Class is just for you.
Our Zumba class mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived a wide variety of music including Disco, Latin, Hip-Hop, and House music. Zumba is a total body workout the combines all elements of fitness including balance, cardio, flexibility, and muscle condition into one exciting workout. You’ll leave each Zumba class feeling energized, rejuvenated, and refreshed.
Kickboxing is a popular training program that combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and dance into one action-packed workout. You will receive an intense cardiovascular and full body workout as you punch, block and move in every Kickboxing class.
Pilates strengthen and tone all of the body’s core muscles through targeted exercises. Our Pilates class challenges students to focus on specific muscle groups and build core strength. Pilates have many health benefits including improved core strength and stability, improved posture and balance, improved flexibility, and reduced back pain. This class is appropriate for students of all ability levels.
